Eligibility

PHL Pre-K offers free, quality Pre-K to children ages 3–4 who reside in Philadelphia.  You are likely eligible to enroll your child for the PHL Pre-K 2025-2026 academic year if:  

• YOUR CHILD HAS TURNED 3 OR 4 BY SEPTEMBER 1. 

• YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF PHILADELPHIA 

There are NO INCOME OR EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS.  If you enroll your child for the traditional school day (5.5 hours) during the school year, the program is FREE.  If you require hours beyond a traditional school day and/or in the summer, you will need to pay Divine Treasures for the extra hours or take advantage of childcare subsidy (ELRC) benefits if you qualify.
